About Us

Care expertise, engineered for independence

Inclusia Living was founded on a simple observation: the best supported living combines genuine person-centred care with the kind of technical thinking that's rarely found in the care sector.

Our Director

Two disciplines, one model

Babalola Micheal founded Inclusia Living after building a career across two fields that rarely meet: social care service design, and engineering. He holds a Master's Degree in Automation Control and Robotics and brings direct expertise in smart building technologies — the technical foundation behind Inclusia's Technology-Enabled Supported Living model.

That combination is the basis for how Inclusia approaches supported living — not technology bolted onto care as an afterthought, but a model designed from the outset around both disciplines at once: compassionate, person-centred support, and the engineering capability to make smart, assistive home environments genuinely work.

Care Sector Experience

A grounding in person-centred, outcome-focused social care service design — built around dignity, respect, choice, independence, inclusion and empowerment, and the practical knowledge that keeps Inclusia's model focused on people, not just systems.

Automation & Robotics Background

A Master's Degree in Automation Control and Robotics, with expertise in smart building technologies — the technical foundation behind Inclusia's approach to smart, assistive, KNX-based home environments.

Our Vision

To become a leading provider of innovative, person-centred and technology-enabled support services that empower people to achieve greater independence, wellbeing and community participation. Most supported living providers have never had an engineer in the room when a care model is designed. We have — and we're building that vision carefully, in step with our CQC registration.

Partnership Working

Positive outcomes, built on strong partnerships

We actively seek collaboration across the sector, and have established a partnership with FirstCall UK to provide emergency staffing support where required, supporting service continuity and workforce resilience.
