In Development — Subject to CQC Registration

Technology-Enabled Supported Living

Our director's background spans both care and automation/robotics engineering. This page sets out what that means in practice — and what we're building toward as we mobilise.

KNX Expertise

KNX is the established international standard for smart building automation. Our director's automation and robotics background means KNX-based systems are designed with real engineering rigour — lighting, heating, security and access integrated reliably, not bolted on.

Assistive Technology

From communication aids to fall and safety monitoring, assistive technology is selected around the specific person — never a one-size-fits-all package applied to every home.

Smart Home Systems

Voice and app-based control of lighting, heating, doors and entertainment, configured to match someone's ability and preference, with simple physical overrides always available.

Independence Promotion

The goal of every system is more independence, not less effort from support staff. Technology extends what someone can do for themselves; it never replaces the relationship with their support team.

Digital Outcome Monitoring

We intend to track how technology actually affects independence, safety and wellbeing over time — using real outcome data to refine what we offer, rather than assuming it works.

Privacy by Design

Any monitoring technology will be proportionate, consented to, and designed around the individual's privacy and dignity from the outset — not added as an afterthought.

A note on where we are

Technology-Enabled Supported Living is genuinely central to our model — but it is not yet live. It will be introduced in step with our CQC registration and service mobilisation, so that regulatory standards, safeguarding and quality assurance are in place before any technology is relied upon in someone's home.
